Nippon Ichi Software America has announced that Reynatis is now available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. To mark the occasion, a launch trailer featuring a special message from the game’s Creative Producer, Takumi, has been released (view it to the left).
Reynatis is an atmospheric urban fantasy set in Shibuya, Tokyo, blending magic with a modern-day setting. The story follows Marin, a wizard in search of freedom through power, who arrives in Shibuya and encounters Sari, an officer with the M.E.A., a group tasked with controlling wizards. As tensions rise, the game explores the conflict between magic and authority in a recreation of the Tokyo district.
Starting from October 1, 2024, Reynatis will receive free content updates on the first of each month until April 1, 2025. These updates will expand the storyline with new episodes focusing on the main characters, Marin Kirizumi and Sari Nishijima, as well as a secret episode introducing additional action, magical conflicts, and further narrative insights.
