Bethesda Softworks ANZ has announced its planned fan experiences for PAX Australia, offering attendees an in-depth exploration of The Elder Scrolls and Fallout universes. Running from October 11 to 13, 2024, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Bethesda invites attendees to experience key elements from both franchises.
The Elder Scrolls Online Tavern will celebrate the 10th anniversary of The Elder Scrolls Online, with an experience that transports visitors to the heart of Tamriel. Complete with live bard performances, themed drinks, and appearances by a Daedric Prince, the tavern offers a cosy gathering space for both newcomers and long-time players. Rich Lambert, Game Director of The Elder Scrolls Online, will also be present, participating in panels and delivering a keynote on The Music of The Elder Scrolls Online alongside pianist Lara6683 at the Quokka Theatre on 11 October.
For Fallout fans, the Fallout 76 Skyline Valley C.A.M.P.site Handheld Lounge provides a relaxing environment inspired by the post-apocalyptic world of the game. Featuring comfortable seating (which may be a bit out of place in a barren post-apocalyptic wasteland) and faux campfires, attendees can unwind and connect with fellow Vault Dwellers.
Bethesda ANZ will also offer interactive photo opportunities around their other franchises – including DOOM: The Dark Ages, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and Starfield: Shattered Space.
Simon Alty, VP and Managing Director (APAC) at Bethesda Softworks shared the following statement:
