JVCKENWOOD’s MAGICAL JUKE BOX Festival Returns to VRChat for Final Performance This Weekend

After a series of successful virtual events last month, JVCKENWOOD is set to bring back its MAGICAL JUKE BOX festival to VRChat for a final performance across next weekend. The festival will take place on 13th and 14th July 2024.

JVCKENWOOD’s core VRChat experience is currently free and available for all users. This interactive “Special World” is inspired by Nipper, a young pup who loves pop music. The environment features forests and lakes, along with various interactive elements such as a Gramophone Rhythm Game and a playable 3D piano.

Within this world, visitors can explore an area showcasing JVCKENWOOD products like headphones, radios, and portable power supplies. Users can wear the headphones and engage in a power supply puzzle.

MAGICAL JUKE BOX is a unique music festival that debuted in June with three live performances featuring celebrated artists and VTubers. Due to its popularity, JVCKENWOOD will host a special triple showcase. The performances will feature eight popular VTubers, including “The Kohmi 2nd-chan” (an avatar of singer Kohmi Hirose), “OMEGA SISTERS with Honwaka band,” and “Ruri Asano“. They will perform a variety of songs, including the festival’s theme song “Hello You, Hello Me” in a venue designed to resemble a vintage-style record player.
