Skyhook Games and Astragon Entertainment have today released Lawn Mowing Simulator: Landmark Edition for the Nintendo Switch. This follows the game’s original releases on the PC (via Steam), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, and comes with previously released paid DLC on-disc.
In Lawn Mowing Simulator, players are incorporated into a comprehensive lawn mowing business simulation, encompassing everything from hiring staff, managing financials, the acquisition of licensed mowers from brands like Toro, SCAG, STIGA and ECO, and most importantly – getting to go out there in the field and cut the grass.
The gameplay involves undertaking various mowing missions across diverse landscapes such as residential areas, country houses, historic castles, and equestrian fields. Each location offers unique challenges, demanding precise terrain inspection, appropriate blade height selection, and engine load monitoring. The game also features realistic accessories like mulchers, strip rollers, recyclers, grass collectors, and flail mowers to enhance the simulation experience. Lawn Mowing Simulator caters to different gaming preferences with its career mode, a Switch-exclusive Quick Mow Mode, and a challenge mode.
The Landmark Edition includes the base game along with two downloadable content packs: “Dino Safari” and “Ancient Britain”. In “Dino Safari“, players maintain the lawns of a dinosaur park’s enclosures, while “Ancient Britain” allows them to care for the green spaces of notable British sites.
Priced at $69.95 AUD or local equivalent, Lawn Mowing Simulator: Landmark Edition is now available on the Nintendo Switch.
