Season 2 “Battle Maids” – New Aesthetics and Character
Season 2, themed “Battle Maids”, departs from the beach-themed Season 1, bringing a more sophisticated vibe. Players can look forward to a quartet of new Housekeeper Corp. skins for characters Fiora, Aya, Rozzi, and Bernice. These new looks combine formality with a readiness for battle.
Gameplay Enhancements in Response to Community Feedback
The new season also brings several gameplay improvements, which the developers proclaim have been developed in response to community feedback. These include:
- Matchmaking algorithm improvements for fairer and more balanced gameplay.
- Enhanced temporary safe zone features for better in-game dynamics.
- The ability to collect from adjacent corpses at once, streamlining looting.
- Escape Votes and Area Visibility improvements for strategic gameplay.
- Improved ping types and overall communication within the game.
- Spectating UI enhancements for a better experience after elimination.
Meet Leni, Test Subject 69
Coinciding with these updates is the introduction of a new character, Leni, Test Subject 69. Releasing on November 9th, Leni sets out to deliver a fresh dynamic to team fights with her array of toy weapons and gadgets.
To celebrate Leni’s debut, a special event running from November 9th to December 6th will allow players to complete missions and unlock rewards, including the Taunty Leni Skin and Profile Icon.
Season 2 Rewards and ER Pass
Season 2 also introduces a new ER Pass, offering a slew of free rewards, including three Housekeeper Corp. Skins, as players log in and engage with the game. Additionally, the latest Season Pack provides a comprehensive collection of content from the new season, featuring exclusive skins, access to new Test Subjects, and other bonus items.
