Sony Interactive Entertainment Australia has announced that at participating retailers, gamers will be able to pick themselves up a PlayStation 5 unit, complete with a DualSense Wireless Controller, for $724.99 AUD. This price is for the disc-based version. This promotional price, which may vary from retailer-to-retailer, will be available until end-of-day 23 July 2023.
According to the PlayStation Australia team:
2023 has been a fantastic year for PS5 so far, with plenty of games to keep players entertained, including recently released blockbuster titles like Hogwarts Legacy and Final Fantasy XVI, as well as virtual reality experiences like Horizon Call of the Mountain and Resident Evil Village on PlayStation VR2, PlayStation’s newest virtual reality headset.
PlayStation has continued to deliver incredible gaming experiences to the growing PS5 community, including updates to its game subscription service, PlayStation Plus, which offers benefits such as access to the Game and Classics Catalogue with hundreds of games to choose from.
