In a joint announcement between Skybound Games, publisher Annapurna Interactive and developer Angel Matrix, it has been announced that the demon-exterminating game Neon White will be receiving a physical edition. This physical release will be available for the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, and are now available to pre-order at selected retailers, with a planned release date of 12 September 2023 for $69.95.
In addition to a disc-copy of the game on the PlayStation 5 or Nintendo Switch, those who purchase the physical edition will also receive an original 11″ x 17″ foldout poster, with both the game cover and poster featuring artwork by 2D artist Rebecca Ryan.
Neon White is pitched as a “lightning fast first-person action game intent on exterminating demons beyond the pearly gates. Players assume the guise of Neon White, an assassin handpicked from Hell to compete with other (seemingly familiar) demon slayers for a chance to live permanently in Heaven“.
