Harmony: The Fall of Reverie Launches on PS5, Xbox Series X|S

DON’T NOD, the independent French video game developer and publisher behind the likes of games including Life is Strange and Remember Me, has released their latest narrative-driven game, Harmony: The Fall of Reverie on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The game is now available to purchase via the PlayStation Store and Xbox Marketplace respectively, with a 10% launch discount being offered until 29 June 2023 to PlayStation Plus subscribers and all Xbox gamers.

Harmony: The Fall of Reverie invites players into the life of Polly, a young woman on a mission to find her missing mother. The narrative unfolds as Polly finds herself with newfound clairvoyant abilities, creating a link to another world known as Reverie. Within Reverie, Polly becomes the character of Harmony and embarks on a journey to restore balance between the real world and the realm inhabited by divine entities called Aspirations, which include Glory, Bliss, Power, Chaos, Bond, and Truth.

As Harmony, players will need to select an Aspiration that will serve as the new heart of humanity. To move from one scene to the next, players will use a tool called the Augural to see into the future and unveil new pathways. The resources required for this process are gained from Reverie in the form of crystals. These are obtained as a result of making decisions and forming bonds with the Aspirations. The decisions players make will unlock significant nodes in the narrative, thus altering the path of destiny.

Harmony: The Fall of Reverie also seeks to stand out for its vibrant, futuristic aesthetics, soundtrack by acclaimed composer Lena Raine, its cast of colourful characters and in-depth lore.

The game, which is developed and published by DON’T NOD, is available not only on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S but also on PC (via Steam) and Nintendo Switch.
