Final Fantasy XIV’s Free Trial to Resume 22 February 2022

Have you heard of the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV? With an expanded free trial which you can play through the entirety of A Realm Reborn and the award winning Heavensward expansion up to level 60 for free with no restrictions on playtime.

You haven’t? That is probably because since December 2021’s launch of Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker and the surge in popularity that came with it, trial registrations were postponed as a means of mitigating login wait times.

Square Enix has this evening confirmed that Free Trial registrations on the PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 will recommence on 22 February 2022. There has been no information about any expansions to the free trial to encompass Stormblood expansion content.

If you are looking to see what Eorzea and Final Fantasy XIV is like, head to the game’s free trial page come 22 February, and sign up.
