World of Warcraft Needed Sloths, Blizzard Delivers Through Charity Campaign

Are you an active World of Warcraft player who would like to donate to a charity as wonderful as Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)? Blizzard Entertainment has this week commenced their 2021 WoW Charity Pet Program campaign via DonorDrive.

With the goal of raising $1,000,000 USD for the charity, these funds will go towards supporting MSF’s COVID-19 Crisis Fund, enabling them to aid in the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As the community unites for this cause, reaching $500,000 and $1,000,000 marks will unlock two in-game pets as a thank you to all World of Warcraft (Normal Server) players. These include:

Banana’s, The Monkey
Originally available to a select few back during the time of the first World of Warcraft expansion, The Burning Crusade, now everyone has the chance to adopt him.

Daisy, The Sloth
Daisy is a pet unlike any other ever created for WoW—in addition to being heart-meltingly cute, she can be carried around on the player’s back in-game!

The campaign will conclude on 27 April 2021, or when the final milestone is reached – whichever comes first.
