While the United Kingdom release of upcoming RPG Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- The Prophecy of the Throne is still set to go ahead on 5 February 2021, Spike Chunsoft and Numskull Games have stated that physical copies of the game will be postponed. The reason given for this delay are issues related to “Brexit and COVID lockdowns”, both of which have impacted the UK this month.
While still subject to change, the physical copies are now expected to be delivered to customers in the United Kingdom on 19 February 2021.
Spike Chunsoft, Inc. and Numskull Games are working hard to resolve all matters to ensure that Re:ZERO fans in the UK will not need to wait to receive the physical versions much longer.
Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- The Prophecy of the Throne is due for release on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC digitally on 5 February 2021.
