Demo Version of Little Nightmares II Goes Live on Steam and GOG.com

The first significant intellectual property from the Swedish development studio Tarsier Studios, the 2017 puzzle-platformer horror game Little Nightmares, received attention for all the right reasons. With a suitably foreboding atmosphere, solid gameplay and a good storyline, it was a franchise deserving of a sequel. Titled Little Nightmares 2, that sequel is confirmed to be launching on the Windows PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch platforms on 11 February 2021. It will also be available on the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 later at a later date, with a free upgrade path planned for those who own it.

Whether you are a returning player or brand new to the franchise, gamers are invited to check out a demo version of Little Nightmares II on the PC – with a demo version being made available via Steam and the GOG.com digital distribution platforms. If you are a console gamer, then do not fret, as the demo will be made available to you at a later date. In this demo, players will be set in Mono’s shoes, waking up in a frightening unknown world and exploring to discover the dark secrets of the Hunter’s cabin.

Digital pre-orders for Little Nightmares II have also gone live via the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Steam, and GOG.com. Players will also be able to put money down for a Digital Deluxe Edition which grants access to the Nomes’ Attic, a DLC for Little Nightmares II, a full digital soundtrack, composed by Tobias Lilja, a digital artbook, Mono and Six avatars, and Wallpapers for PC or a Dynamic Theme for PS4. All pre-orders will receive the Mokujin Hat for Mono as a bonus.
