In less than a month from now, players will be able to get into the seat of their spaceship and travel the expanse of a wide universe filled to the brim with planets. As they continue their countdown until the launch of No Man’s Sky on the PlayStation 4 (and PC), Sony Computer Entertainment have launched the first instalment in a new trailer series for the open-universe exploration game. This new video series seeks to answer the question: “What do you do in No Man’s Sky”.
According to Hello Games developer Sean Murray, there are set to be four key pillars to No Man’s Sky: Explore, Trade, Fight and Survive. Each of these elements will be featured in their own video, the first of which focuses on the exploration component. You can view the full minute-and-a-half long video above, which highlights just some of the diverse worlds players will be able to explore on their journey to the centre of the universe.
Developed by Hello Games, No Man’s Sky is set to fly onto store shelves starting August 10th 2016 on the PlayStation 4 and PC.
