New Australian Release Date Locked In For Horizon Zero Dawn

For more than a decade now, the attention of video game developer Guerrilla Games has been with their fairly successful Killzone first-person shooter franchise. Moving onto something different both in terms of genre and intellectual property, the development team are soon to finish work on the PlayStation 4 exclusive action-RPG Horizon Zero Dawn.

Providing a new look at the game world and its inhabitants, the developers and publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment have shared a new trailer titled “Aloy’s Journey”. Focusing on the lead character Aloy, the trailer explores the mysteries of her origin, her journey as an outcast and the events that set her on a dangerous quest – leading to the events of Horizon Zero Dawn.

Revising the game’s release date so that Guerrilla Games can ensure that “Horizon Zero Dawn lives up to the visuals and quality the studio is known for”, it has been confirmed that Australians will be able to pick up this action RPG from March 1st 2017. Expect to hear more in the months leading to launch.
