Taking a quick reprieve from the E3 2016 new and announcements, fans of Gust’s long-running Atelier JRPG franchise may be interested to see the first promotional trailer shared by Koei Tecmo and Gust for Atelier Firis: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Journey.
Coming in at just a minute and twenty seconds in length, this video doesn’t showcase anything particularly substancial in terms of gameplay content. But it does nevertheless provide a glimpse at the environments players will be able to explore on the hunt for new items to synthesise, and previews some of the character’s in-game models.
Developed by Gust, Atelier Firis: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Journey will be available on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan later this year. A western release has not yet been confirmed, but in my opinion is almost certain in the future.
