[E3 2016] Fight As Human And Titan In A.O.T. Wings Of Freedom

As one of the next major hack ‘n’ slash action games created by long-running ‘Warriors’ series developer Omega Force, Koei Tecmo Games have spent E3 2016 sharing new details regarding A.O.T. Wings of Freedom – a major video game adaptation of the Attack on Titan media franchise.

Following the events which correspond to the events of the anime series, players will be able to take control of protagonist Eren’s powerful Titan form and get up close and personal with the gigantic human-like creatures. Transforming into this titanic beast will replace Eren’s ODM gear and blades with powerful fists. An English language demo of this gameplay will be on the show floor at E3, although there is no word on if it will eventually be available for download.

In addition to announcing this new feature, Koei Tecmo have also shared a gameplay trailer which showcases this feature’s unique playstyle. It also provides a glimpse at the fast-paced battles, towering titans and claustrophobic atmosphere which A.O.T. Wings of Freedom seeks to provide. This is in addition to a pile of brand new screenshots, which spotlight some of the stages where battles against the titans will take place.

To launch on August 26 2016, A.O.T. Wings of Freedom will be available physically on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Digital versions will also be available on the PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 3 and PC (via Steam).
