This collection, available in both North America ($62.99) and Europe (£53.99) contains the following goodies alongside a copy of the game on the PlayStation Vita:

Idea Factory International have reported that they are now down to less than 25% stock, with considerably less listed for the European store. Be sure to place your pre-order soon if you are interested in this collection.
