Valkyria Chronicles Remastered to Be Released on PlayStation 4 in May

-

Not long remains under SEGA releases the anticipated port of Valkyria Chronicles (PS3) onto the PlayStation 4. SEGA have confirmed that it will be available in both North America and PAL regions starting May 17th 2016, priced at $29.99 USD or a local equivalent.

Known as Valkyria Chronicles Remastered, this edition will allow you to relive Squad 7’s valiant fight against the Empire with 1080p/60fps HD visuals. In addition to looking prettier, Valkyria Chronicles Remastered will also come with all of the original DLC on-disc, dual audio (Both Japanese and English) and trophy support for the first time.

To mark this impending release, SEGA have shared a trailer which seeks to highlight the fundamentals of the turn-based tactical warfare in Valkyria Chronicles Remastered. This game uses a battle system known as “BLiTZ”, which combines turn-based strategy mechanics and 3rd person shooter elements. Players can plan moves and organise units on the battlefield in “Command Mode”, and then directly control the fight in “Action Mode”
