When Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End launches on the PlayStation 4 on April 27th, Sony Computer Entertainment are set to also make available a special console bundle around the game. While I don’t personally see the appeal of these console bundles for those who are not in need of a new unit, for newcomers or interested parties it does come with a specially designed console, controller and game at a special price. To be specific, this bundle includes:
- Limited Edition 1TB PlayStation 4 console in Grey Blue, featuring a silk-screened image of Nathan Drake. This design also features the PlayStation logo, Uncharted logo and the phrase “Sic Parvis Magna” (Latin Translation: Greatness rom small beginnings).
- A matching DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller
- A copy of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End on the PlayStation 4 (Duh!)
All this will come at an RRP of $579.95 AUD. The Grey Blue DUALSHOCK 4 controller will also be available for purchase separately at an RRP of $99.95.
I don’t DISLIKE the Uncharted games, they’re definitely some of the more entertaining titles on the market, but I certainly hope Naughty Dog is working on a sequel to The Last of Us, which is one of my favorite games of all time.
