While the Dark Souls line of video games are titles I would go to more for a genuine challenge than for an overall visually stunning experience, they do have intriguing opening cinematics which are both creative and help develop the game world. A little more than two months away from launch, Bandai Namco Entertainment and FROM Software have shared the opening cinematic for Dark Souls III – titled “To The Kingdom of Lothric”.
In venturing North, the Pilgrims discover the truth of the Old Words… Discover in exclusivity the opening cinematic of Dark Souls 3! Yhorm the Giant, Aldrich Saint of the Deep, Farron’s Undead Legion and more await you in Lothric. Are you ready to fight them all?
Following the March 2014 release of Dark Souls II, Dark Souls III is set for release on the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gaming platforms starting 12 Aprl 2016.
Gave me chills.
