Capcom and (Australian Distributor) Turn Left Distribution have announced that their digital download release of Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition is now available for purchase on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gaming platforms.
Taking the original release of Devil May Cry 4 available in 2008, this Special Edition introduces three additional playable characters (Vergil, Trish and Lady), new modes (Legenday Dark Knight / Turbo), new costumes, 1080p support and a rebalanced combat system which they claim “improves game tempo and gameplay balance”.
Devil May Cry 4 tells the story of Nero, a young knight from the Order of the Sword, a mysterious group committed to the extermination of all demons. Nero is tasked with finding Dante, the mysterious assassin who murdered the head of the Order of the Sword. At the same time, more demons begin to appear throughout the city. Nero will soon come to discover the motives behind Dante’s appearance and the truth behind the intentions of the Order of the Sword.
