MISC Reliant – Transformation Video
Cloud Imperium Games have kicked-off concept sales for a brand new starter ship in Star Citizen titled ‘MISC Reliant’. This is what will be known as a “Tier II” starter ship, which will form the basis of an optional Star Citizen Starter package, similar to the Mustang and Aurora (Albeit slightly more expensive given its slightly higher specs).
The MISC Reliant is a 2-person Mini Hauler, designed to be a jack of all trades ship with a slight emphasis on cargo transport. However, the ship has also been described as a “utility base”, which can be adapted for a number of other scenarios including combat missions and electronic interception. While it may not be as versatile as the more expensive ships dedicated to one specific form of play, it will allow newcomers to have a taste of several different careers in the Star Citizen universe. A total of three additional variants currently being conceptualized, which should be unveiled when the base MIS Reliant is hangar ready.
