Developer and publisher Bandai Namco Games have today boasted the strong sales they have recieved from their recently released fighting game Dragon Ball Xenoverse. To date, the company has shipped more than 1.5 Million units in EMEA, Australia / New Zealand, Japan and the Americas. Producer Masayuki Hirano had this to say about the game’s success so far:
I would like to thank everyone for their support on this new challenge. We decided to take a risk and create a completely new concept to entertain our fans and DRAGON BALL lovers and we are quite proud of the successful result! On a more personal note, I feel honoured to create a game around a licence as massive as DRAGON BALL!

Dragon Ball Xenoverse has been released on the PC (via Steam), PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One gaming platforms. Post-launch development is being done through DLC, with the first set now available on all platforms.
