One of the most unpopular feature removals in The Sims 4 was the ability to create pools, something that has been a staple since The Sims (1) launched in 2000. There was some scepticism by the community that Electronic Arts and Maxis would be including them in an expansion pack for the game. Fortunately EA have acknowledged the community’s concerns about this feature and have today included it in-game for free as part of the second monthly update.
Players are now able to create a variety of different pools, and can now also assign their Sims swimwear through Create-a-Sims. To take advantage of this feature, all you need to do is head onto Origin, update your game and then get building.
