It has been a huge month for Ubisoft Montreal and Ubisoft for that matter, not only with Assassin’s Creed Unity and Assassin’s Creed Rogue being released, but Far Cry 4 as well. After months of promotion, the company has confirmed that Far Cry 4 is now available for purchase worldwide on the PC and last and current generation PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
Far Cry 4 invites the player to experience what Ubisoft are caling the “most expansive and immersive” Far Cry game to date. This latest insalment takes players to the perilous and wild region of Kyrat in the Himalayers. Even with some beautiful landmarks scattered throughout it, the region is far from peaceful with the area struggling under the regime of a despotic self-appointed king. Using a vast array of weapons, vehicles and animals, players will write their own story across an exotic open-world landscape.
