With school holidays now upon us, there may be some kids looking at their shiny new PlayStation 4 consoles but lacking a PlayStation Plus membership to play Call of Duty a perfectly child friendly game online. Sony Computer Entertainment Australia have announced that they will be hosting a free PlayStation Plus membership weekend for all PS4 console owners, running between 26 September 2014 17:00 AEST and 29 September 2014 17:00 AEST.
Those who are already PlayStation Plus subscribers don’t directly benefit from this announcement, however should expect to see a lot more gamers and a lot more competition on game servers this weekend.
