In the third video the development team meet Maoist fighters who struggled during the Nepalese Civil War. Inspired by their ideals, their grief and their stories they then head to the Pashupatinath temple, one of Hinduism oldest temples where they are faced with the mystical and the surreal. Inside this sacred place, they talk to a sādhu, a religious ascetic whose life is dedicated to worship. These were some of experiences that the Far Cry 4 development team are using to bring Kyrat to life.
Far Cry 4 is the latest instalment in Ubisoft’s Far Cry series, and is set for release on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, Xbox360 and Xbox One platforms from November 2014.
