While Elizabeth and Margaret seem to have received much attention in their roles both in Persona Q and the general promotion of the game, Theodore, an optional Velvet Room resident from Persona 3 Portable hasn’t had much focus on his role in the game. Like the other two Velvet Room residents, he will not be playable in battle but instead will be the one helming the weapons store.
Like the system integrated in Persona 4, bringing him materials found in the labyrinth will allow him to create weapons and armour that you can purchase for your party members.
Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth is set for release on the 5th June 2014 within Japan exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS, with ATLUS USA also confirming a later North American release, and (hopefully) a swift PAL region release.
Legend has it that listening to the end of the bell chimes of Yasogami High’s clock tower causes people to die, and this time the bell tolls for the Investigation Team and the SEES. Trapped in an other-world filled with Shadows, the protagonists from Persona 3 and Persona 4 each have different events to follow, allowing the player to choose and experience two different plotlines. As both groups seek a way out of the labyrinth, they will run in to two new characters, Rei and Zen, who may hold the secret to this new mystery.
