Following the release of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc avatars on the PAL PlayStation Store during in mid-May, NIS America have confirmed that twenty varied avatars are now available via the North American PS Store.
The only notable exception it seems is Aoi Asahina, who for whatever reason was delayed until June 2014. Interestingly enough, her design was available in the PAL region set which only featured 14 avatars.
