With only a little more than a month to go until the final installment in the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy (Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII) is available within stores throughout across North America and PAL regions, Square Enix have shared the third installment in their developer diary video series for the game.
This third “Inside the Square” video is once again narrated by Ali Hillis, the voice of protagonist Lightning, as she provides a detailed look at the new “Doomsday Clock” and how it can impact the environments, characters and player experience. The video also highlights the new battle system tailored to the one-person party featured in the game and the vision set by director Motomu Toriyama as he went into producing what could very well be the last Final Fantasy installment on what is now the last generation of video game consoles.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is set for release next month in North America and PAL regions for the Playstation 3 and Xbox360.
