Rather than proudly complain about some innovative new feature of their upcoming release of Dragon’s Crown, ATLUS USA have choesn to take a step back and look at some of the components of the game that wouldn’t usually receive a press release of their own. These little tidbits information primarily highlight the character / character classes themselves although makes a nod at fans who have a preference towards a particular means of controls.
Name
Character names are selected randomly initially, but are fully editable. (within good taste, naturally).
Outfit
Each class comes with five different color palette options for their outfits, ranging from “True Steel” to “Deep Crow.” (and guess what, you can have a look at some of them below!).
Voice
Not only will each class have an English voice, but we’ve also left the Japanese combat voices in the game. It’s a per-character option, so the battlefield can have a mix of languages. (and it doesn’t seem like there will be a region lock because of this…. I am looking at you Persona 4 Arena!!!!!!). Don’t forget, there will be a separate voice pack available for free for the first month after the game’s launch on the 6th August 2013. The voice pack changes the narrator’s Victorian accent to any of the six playable classes.
Analog Controls
For the old-school fans out there, Dragon’s Crown includes an option to switch movement from the analog stick to the D-Pad. (other controls are locked)
