Earlier this year Namco Bandai Games and FROM Software confirmed that unlike the jump from Demons Souls to Dark Souls, they would be making a sequel to Dark Souls simply titled Dark Souls II. Expect to see much more of the challenging gameplay that has made the series a surprise hit since its initial release in Japan during February 2009.

Dark Souls II is set for release on each the XBox360, Playstation 3 and Windows PC platforms from March 2014.
