NIS America Announce Release of Black Rock Shooter: The Game on Playstation Network Later This Month

After a damn long time in waiting, Nippon Ichi Software America have announced that their anticipated release of the Japanese RPG Black Rock Shooter: The Game is finally set to his the Playstation Network for the Playstation Portable. The US version is set to hit the store on the 23rd April 2013 while select PAL regions will receive a release the day after on the 24th April. Unfortunately due to licensing restrictions, this game will not be available in select regions including Canada, Mexico and certain European countries (and Australia doesn’t seem to be on the list either D=).

About the Game
2032 AD—Earth has been ruthlessly assaulted by extraterrestrials, and nineteen years of nonstop battle now threatens the very existence of humanity. The last hope for human survival is BRS, a heroine created solely to save planet Earth; she is the ultimate battle android. But when she is awakened to end the battle once and for all, there are only twelve human beings left on Earth…
