Tickets for EVE Fanfest 2013 Sell Out, But Live Streaming Options to Be Announced

-

Originally released in May 2003, EVE Online is one of the veterans of the online gaming industry and to date is still growing in popularity and subscriber numbers (In March 2012 this was reportedly over 400,000 subscribers). As the game enters its second decade of gaming, CCP Games – the makers of both EVE Online and Dust 514 decided to theme this years annual EVE Fanfest event after “The Second Decade” – and will bring together fans for a three day celebration full of panels, local Icelandic excursions, presentations, PvP tournaments, a developer-lead pub crawl, reveals, camaraderie and the “Party at the Top of the World”.

If you are interested in attending this event… the sad news is that the company has today confirmed that the event has completely sold out – with 50% more tickets than last year being sold for a total of 1,400 attendees from around the world. However, in the coming weeks CCP Games have confirmed that they will be revealing details into their plans to live stream the event for those who were unable to secure tickets.

For more information on the event – check out its official website HERE.
