Through his Twitter feed, Hideo Kojima has been sharing a small set of screenshots for the upcoming release of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, a spin-off title to one of his companies most renown series “Metal Gear Solid”. The screenshots focus on Sunny, who was first mentioned in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and had her first major role in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots as one of the major secondary characters in the series.
It turns out that Sunny will be having some form of storyline role in the game, given recent screenshots and the inclusion of a character profile on the games official website. Given the game is set to take place many years after the events of MGS4, she has matured and seems to have adopted a less shy personality than she was seen to have had in the earlier games.
