Electronic Arts have today sent around a reminder that applications for their second closed beta test for SimCity will close at 1AM EST on the 12th February 2013. To apply for this test, visit the games official website and sign in using your Origin details (HERE).
This test is set to run between 1AM EST on the 17th February till 1AM EST on the 18th February. Fortunately this will not be the same client as the original test, and is what they have claimed as being an enhanced version of the one-hour slice of gameplay we got to check out in January.
More specifically to my Australian readers, Electronic Arts have also confirmed that SimCity has been classified as G – with the usual caution that the gaming experience may change online. To get into the specifics of each classification category – it has been rated as having “Very Mild Impact” themes and violence, and none of the following: Language, Drug Use, Nudity or Sex.
