While there have been several releases in the Class of Heroes series released in Japan, it has been many years since we last saw a Class of Heroes release on store shelves internationally – not since ATLUS USA released Class of Heroes 1 many years ago. But fans of the series will be glad to know that GaijinWorks and Monkey Paw have been hard at work with localizing their upcoming release of Class of Heroes 2 with it now ready for Sony Q/A. In addition, they have managed to negotiate a deal which will see them release a physical UMD disc edition of the game (With a bonus download code) if they can hit a minimum number of pre-orders… the target being 2,500 copies.

CoH2_rgb_smlThe physical edition will come with a colour manual, UMD with color disc label and a digital download code all for $34.99 shipped to you. While they are at the moment only gauging interest, if you are thinking about purchasing a physical edition head on to HERE and register your details. Fans who supported the Deluxe edition Kickstarter which unfortunately failed to meet the funding requirement will get a special UMD label art that is different from the general run. The cover art has yet to be decided for this release and they will have a vote of three.

For those who are only considering the PSN edition, it will be available on the North American Playstation Store for $24.99, with an European edition being released once they obtain a PEGI rating.
