While the relationship between developer SuperBot Entertainment and Sony Computer Entertainment has now come to an end (See: Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale Developer Superbot Entertainment and Sony Computer Entertainment Sever Ties – But it is Not the End of This Studio) – this does not mean that the planned DLC for Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale or support for that matter will be ended.
As originally promised, DLC characters Emmet Graves (Starhawk) and Kat (Gravity Rush) are now available to download from the Playstation Network for inclusion in your game. While in other games you would usually be expected to throw down a couple of dollars for each character in a usual release like this – for the first two weeks you will be able to pick up both for free. After this date, they will assumingly be available at an unknown price.
For those who want to put a bit of money down on DLC, Sony Computer Entertainment have also confirmed that the Heavenly Sword stage is available for £1.59/€1.99.
