Nippon Ichi Software in Japan have released a new set of screenshots for Disgaea Dimension 2 (Disgaea D2), a chronological sequel to their release of Disgaea: Hour of Darkness which at the end of this month sees its 10 year anniversary.
The screenshots are mixed between Storyline and Gameplay – with the storyline focusing on a sudden gender change of Laharl (Now Laharl-chan), while it seems that Etna has also found herself with purple hair. As this causes such a fuss amongst the characters and the rest of the castle, they head out to investigate the case.
In addition, the latest gameplay-oriented screenshots once again focus on the individual non-Storyline character classes – this time including Archers, Gunners, Onmyo Monks and Thief’s, in addition to a number ofother gameplay mechanics – Relationship system, the Dark Assembly, Skills and character personifications of high-level spells to name a few.
