Electronic Arts and Visceral Games Continue Holiday Season By Announcing Dead Space 3 Demo

While the holiday season is coming to an end, Electronic Arts have no intention of ending it without something new for gamers to try their hands on. Visceral Games and Electronic Arts have announced that a downloadable demo of Dead Space 3 will be available for download on the XBox Live Marketplace and Playstation Network services from the 23rd January 2013. If you own an XBox360 and consider yourself lucky…. this release date could be reduced by one week. XBox360 gamers can sign up HERE for potential early demo access from the 15th January.

In the demo, players will be thrust into deep space terror when unwilling hero – Isaac Clarke – and all-new co-op companion – Sergeant John Carver – crash land on Tau Volantis, an unforgiving ice planet teeming with Necromorphs. Dead Space 3 takes the franchise’s core elements of suspense, horror, action and sound and introduces them to all-new elements – including co-op play – that allows players to work together to take down what they hope will be the most ambitious Dead Space experience yet.

Fortunately if you enjoy the demo… you will not have to wait months and months to get the full experience, with the release date set for the 7th February 2013 on the Playstation 3, PC and XBox360.
