Unless you have successfully managed to avoid reading a single gaming media outlet for the last couple of months, you will no doubt be aware of the numerous complaints about the ending to Mass Effect 3, which while the rest of the game was well received was left by some to be… underwhelming. Bioware, a label of Electronic Arts have just announced Mass Effec 3: Extended Cut, a downloadable content pack that will expand upon the events that take place at the end of the game. Through additional cinematic sequences and epilogue scenes, they hope this addition will provide more clarity and further incite on how the journey concludes.
This is due for release next season for each the XBox360, Playstation 3 and PC at no extra charge for those who own the game.
