While North America were able to get their hands on the game late-last year, those in PAL regions (Including myself) were left wondering if another company would pick it up to release it within our respective regions. A couple of months ago, Ghostlight stepped up and announced their acquisition and their intent to release the game on both UMD Disc and through the Playstation Network. Today I am happy to report that the company has set the release date of Fate/Extra as the 4th May 2012, with the collectors edition priced at just £39.99 with a PSN release to follow in the near future.
Ordering through the Ghostlight Store will net you these bonus goodies:
- A massive A1 poster (posted in a tube, so no fold marks!)
- The Fate/The Facts book, featuring an interview with Rin Tosaka, as well as all the latest news from the Fate Universe.
Of course, this is just the Ghostlight Store bonus and not the Collectors Edition, which will also net you:
- The game on UMD
- The Official Soundtrack CD
