Devil May Cry HD Collection – Now Available

Capcom, a worldwide developer and publisher of video games have announced that their release of the Devil May Cry HD Collection is now available at retail for the XBox360 and Playstation 3 entertainment systems. The collection brings the first three games in the series “Devil May Cry” “Devil May Cry 2″ and Devil May Cry 3: Dante’s Awakening Special Edition” together in one package for the very first time.

Having sold more than 10 million units online, you cannot deny that the franchise has been successful, but if your old copies of the game are getting frayed, you never had the chance to pick them up or the copies you currently have are locked away until they become rare and rise in value….. you can  begin the game new or anew. The following is a brief blurb on each of the games supplied by Capcom:

Debuting in 2001, Devil May Cry immediately redefined the action genre, achieving a metacritic of 94The title captured gamers’ hearts through its stylish, over-the-top action and bad boy anti-hero Dante. Released in 2006, Devil May Cry 3: Dante’s Awakening Special Edition is the definitive edition of Devil May Cry 3: Dante’s Awakening, featuring a number of enhancements, including the opportunity to play as Dante’s twin brother, Vergil, as well as the addition of Bloody Palace Mode and Turbo Mode.
