Some of you might have already grabbed the first actual DLC for this game, but a few days back Nippon Ichi Software America released the first downloadable character – HD Asagi on the North American Playstation Network store for free. Originally released as a DLC character for chairty, it seems that NISA have taken pity on the poor girl who did everything in her power to take over Disgaea 4, only to be rendered as a Disgaea 3 style sprite, that they will let her rein in your game world at no expense. As well, the game now requires you to update to Patch 1.10, primarily delivering support for HD Asagi and other DLC characters and chapters to come.
Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten is now available in North America and for my review of it, recieved an S-Rating. It is slated for release in PAL regions this October with an Australian release on the 3rd of November 2011.
