Sure we have had a ginormous screenshot dump and one trailer already from Nippon Ichi Software America for their upcoming title Atelier Totori – however as of yet we havent been able to get a good look at the actual gameplay system. This second trailer which was released today attempts to show off some in-game video footage of the game – such as battle animations, request system and what can only be described as going from Atelier Rorona’s one Hom character (Either Male or Female) to a large army of them to work in the workshop (They are adorable by the way).
Considering that Atelier Rorona was more focused on item creation then bringing forth a solid storyline, I hope from the improvements shown that Atelier Totori’s storyline will be more similar to that of the Atelier Iris games – only with Rorona’s synthesis system which was overall enjoyable. We will find out on the 27th of September when the game is released in North America.
