Growing tired of the same old wings coming out of the Andre and Karja boxes? Want something grander and rarer? While pondering this question, also ask yourself this…. do you want to help improve the Granado Espada forum community for the better and want to get involved in making it a better place for everyone? Well if you answered Yes to the second question (The first question doesn’t really matter), then I invite you to put down your application in the “Granado Espada March 2009 Community Crew Recruitment Drive!!!!!” Read on for more information. Now an important question to ask is… do I have the certain qualities. Well here is just a little bit of information for you…

Do you want to plan events? – Events are a big part of being a Community Crew member. Every month, the Community Crew holds a Community Crew Quest on the forums, which involves the forum members taking part in some sort of activity ranging from poster making, writing etc.

Do you want to help new players to the game? – New players to the game join amongst the large number of already high level players and nothing gives them a little boost of confidence then someone like a Community Crew member (Or any forum member) giving them help and assistance on the forums. Of course, nothing is stopping you from assisting people ingame as well!

Also, if you are chosen as a Community Crew member, it does not come without its benefits which include:

• A Blue Forum Name e.g Sam
• The custom title “Community Crew”
• Sneak peeks at upcoming milestones
• Token of appreciation after every term
• The “Arch Angel Wings”, a exclusive angel edition of the Lucifer Wings, a cash shop item.

Of course…. it is not all about the gifts. You are required to do the work, and should consider all the extras… bonuses for doing a good job.

What do Community Crew Members do?
Community Crew members are basically members of the community who, whilst during their time on the forums, assist members with their problems, take an active part in discussing in the forums as well as many other things such as forming Community Crew Quests.

What skills are required:
The good thing is that you don’t need to be knowledgeable in everything. It is however required that you have an acceptable understanding of at least one of these three criteria:

• Interest in Community – For example; events, fan art etc.
• Granado Espada Guru – For example; knowledge in the game, quests etc.
• Technologically Skilled – For example; latency, unable to patch and basically, all the basic issues that are found in the General/Technical Problems sections.

What are the benefits?
For being a member of the Community Crew, you gain a number of benefits such as:

• Blue title for your forum name!
• The custom title “Community Crew”, this can be added to any custom title you have previously received if you have one.
• Sneak Preview of upcoming milestones!
• Token of appreciation for each term completed!
• Arch Angel Wings – The unique wings which signify you, the Community Crew, Player’s Moderator and Senior Player’s Moderator in the game.

Each Community Crew term lasts for 4 months, community crew who have shown exceptional performance will be invited to stay for another term. Crew members who are having difficulties in performing their roles will be relieved from their duties before the term is up.Any ex-Community Crew member who has been let go, are allowed to apply for this round and any future offer rounds.How are applicants judged?
Applicants are judged by both the current Staff, Mods and CCrew however, whilst the final decision comes down to the staff members.

There is also several criteria each member must meet and are assessed on which includes:

1. Past contributions
a. Attitude
b. Friendliness
c. Helpful

2. Present and upcoming contributions
a. Attitude
b. Friendliness
c. Helpful

Also, the applicants are judged on activity within the forums as well as personality traits such as humor, ability to hold a good discussion etc.
