Australian producer for the ongoing national tour of Annie the Musical, John Frost for Crossroads Live, has named the young performers set to portrait Annie and the orphans in the coming Brisbane season of the Broadway musical Annie, set to commence next month at the QPAC Lyric Theatre.
In total there will be three actors sharing the titular role of Annie, confirmed to be: Matilda Casey, Dakota Chanel and Isabella Hayden. Meanwhile, the roles of the individual orphan girls will be portrayed by:
Pepper: Stella Shiels-Winters and Kensi Simpson
Duffy: Violet Knight and Aenorah Wallace
Kate: Jessica Kime and Aubrie Wildman
Tessie: Zara Boldery and Sienna Hannant
July: Tilly Love and Claire Taylor
Molly: Indigo Ohlin and Macy Salvana
Friday: Emily Birch, Dakota Bolt, Charlotte Edwards and Aneka Mitchell
This next generation of young performers will join a principal cast which includes Anthony Warlow as Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks and Debora Krizak as Miss Hannigan, with Mackenzie Dunn as Lily St. Regis, Keanu Gonzalez as “Rooster” Hannigan, and Amanda Lea LaVergne as Grace Farrell. Greg Page also features as President Franklin D. Roosevelt in his musical theatre debut.

Annie the Musical will run for a strictly limited season at the QPAC Lyric Theatre from 27 December 2025 until 31 January 2026, filling the coveted shoes of the performing arts venue’s school holiday musical. Ticketing information can be found on the official Annie the Musical Australia website.
