In August 2024, Brisbane is set to be the exclusive host to a world-first attraction dubbed Bluey’s World, pitched as an immersive experience celebrating the popular TV show Bluey. This unique event will be situated in the Northshore Pavilion, a custom-built venue covering 4,000 square metres in Brisbane’s emerging arts and entertainment district, Northshore.
Bluey’s World is set to offer both its youngest and unashamedly oldest fans alike, an extraordinary journey through life-size recreations of iconic settings from Bluey. The experience includes detailed replicas of Bluey and Bingo’s bedroom, the family living room and kitchen, and the iconic Poinciana tree in the backyard. Interactive play elements and soundscapes are set to enhance the experience, bringing beloved episodes to life. Additionally, the venue will feature a café, gift shop, playground, and options for booking birthday parties.
The connection between Bluey and Brisbane is significant, as not only is the creative team based in the city, but the series itself primarily takes place in a reimagined but very familiar animated version of the city. This connection is celebrated with the city being the first to host Bluey’s World.
