Those who regularly read my theatre section will already know that The Arts Centre Gold Coast will be hosting their inaugural Glitter Festival from September 28 to October 5 2015. This will be the Gold Coast’s inaugural Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer and A-Sexual festival (Although everyone supportive of these groups regardless of personal orientation is more than welcome to attend!), and will play host to a number of events during the period.
One of the venues used during Glitter Festival 2015 will be ‘The Basement’, which regularly plays host to cabaret shows and comedy nights. For those who don’t have access to a Glitter Festival 2015 program (Which can be viewed online HERE), read on to find a list of events that are playing in The Basement during the festivities.
