All good things must unfortunately come to an end, and after several seasons at venues all across Australia these past couple of years, it seems like Wicked: The Untold Story of the Witches of Oz is set to once again say farewell to Australia. The Wicked team recently confirmed via their Twitter feed that there are just three weeks left of Wicked in the country, potentially dashing the hopes of anyone awaiting another run somewhere in Australia.

With Wicked’s continual popularity worldwide since its 2003 debut in the United States (and this being its second Australian tour), I wouldn’t expect this to be the last opportunity for fans to see Wicked.

Those in or around Perth, Western Australia can still catch Wicked at the Crown Theatre until Sunday 28 June 2015, where the final show (with tickets currently available through Ticketek) will be held at 1PM. More information on the show and screenings can be found via the official Wicked website.

I reviewed Wicked: The Untold Story of the Witches of Oz in March 2015, in which it received a commendable ★★★★ out of five. You can read my detailed review HERE.
